| INSTALLATION |

Insert L distance of tube, with smooth end cut vertical to the longitudinal axis, into flare body. |

Fasten tube, inserted in body at required length, with short reverse pull. |

| REMOVAL |
 |
Unscrew dust cap. Push collet in direction of arrows. Pull tube out. |
|
| REPEAT INSTALLATION |
 |
Remove dust cap from tube, screw it on to body and fasten applying torque M as in chart below.
This fastening is prevention from spontaneous loosening, but it does not affect tightness or strentgh of connection.
Component is then ready for installation. If tube is seriously damaged (scratched), cut it by length A as in chart below. |

WARNING!: An RAP 7 fitting may not be used without a brass dust cup.
